Flock 28 in Suffolk Flock Book
- The oldest Suffolk Stud in Australia, was established in 1923.
- In 1961 the stud was awarded Champion Ram with Burwood 1100 at Adelaide Royal.
- In 1980, after an absence from the show-ring for 19 years, the Stud won Reserve Champion Ram and was most successful breeder at the Royal Adelaide Show.
- In 1990 Burwood "scooped the pools" at the Melbourne Royal where the Suffolk was Feature Breed. Judged under an international judge Burwood claimed Champion & Reserve Champion Rams and also most successful exhibitor.
- Winner of many ribbons (Champion and Reserve Champions) at Adelaide and Melbourne Royal Shows over the years
- Burwood "Hurricane" 1076/04, a son of Sonning 607, was sold at our Annual Ram Sale in 2005 for $6500 to Western Australia.
- Burwood has sold Stud Rams to the Imperial Stock Farm in Japan and many ewes to China over the past years.
